Congenital Differences Project which is implemented by Handicap International and Hue College of Medicine and Pharmacy was selected 1 of 10 best projects in supporting people with disability. The competition was hold by East Meets West, a NGO working in Vietnam. The examiners consisted of experts working in disability sector, wheelchair distribution in Vietnam

Congenital Differences Project aims at establishing a pilot model of the prevention, early detection, early intervention and follow-up for children with congenital differences in Thua Thien Hue province. The project is funded by Belgian Development Cooperation and lasts from 2008 to 2013.
