January 21, 2010, at the Provincial Palace, Department of Education cooperated with Provincial Road Safety Committee and Handicap International Belgium to organize the contest " Students with road safety". The competitors were secondary school students coming from all districts, Long Khanh Town and Bien Hoa City in Dong Nai Province.

To participate in the contest, each district department of education chose a team of maximum 12 students for competing  in 3 parts: drama script and theatrical performance on road safety topic. The time limit for each team was 20 minutes. The board of examiners would select the winning teams based on criteria such as topic-centering, educational meaning, costume, stage setting up skills,....
